As of 1 April 2014 Pension Auto Enrolment has required that all employers automatically enrol their employees into a pension scheme AND contribute towards it.
Your specific circumstances, and those of your employees, will impact on when you are required to have the necessary scheme in place. For many of you your “staging date” (the point at which you must comply) is still in the future but you should consider that there is an element of administration required before then.
